🧾 Ingredients:
Grilled chicken breast (150–200g)
Brown rice or quinoa (½ cup, cooked)
Avocado (½ fruit, sliced)
Broccoli and carrots (steamed)
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh lettuce or spinach
Olive oil (1 teaspoon)
Lemon juice
Salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder
👩🍳 Instructions:
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Grill the chicken on a pan or grill with little or no oil.
Cook the brown rice or quinoa until soft.
Steam the vegetables to keep their nutrients.
In a large bowl:
Add the rice or quinoa
Top with sliced chicken
Add vegetables
Add avocado and cherry tomatoes
Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
