1 cup brown rice (white rice can be used if unavailable)
150–200 g chicken breast
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 carrot (chopped)
1 zucchini or green bell pepper (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
Salt (small amount)
Black pepper
Spices (paprika or turmeric – optional)

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
